The Gardens

Well this past week my friend, Cara, and I decided take our boys who are also best buds to the Botanical Gardens here in Fort. We got lots of great pics, however after about 1 1/2 hours we were dying cause it was hot and humid and were ready to go. The boys were sweating and needless to say, we were too. Luckily we were there in the morning so we got to be there for a little bit at least to capture these great pics of Asa and Hayden.






To explain the last two.....we were trying to get a pic of them with the pretty background and the only way we could get them to stand in that area was for them to play ring around the rosey. So this is when they all fall down. Didn't get a real good pic of the background but that is ok. The last is just a flashback to when we took Hayden to the gardens at the end of 07. So it was almost a year and a half ago. He has definitely grown a lot! Enjoy the pics!

Each time I look at Hayden's pictures from just last week to this week, I am truly amazed at what a difference short hair looks on him. He just seems to be more of a young boy now. Well we have definitely gotten to spend lots of a family time this weekend. It's been great. We were suppose to spend it at Mayfest but the swine flu kind of ruined our plans! We actually went Saturday morning to our church's lake property to try and get some good pics of Hayden in the wildflowers. We got a few but it was also kinda gloomy outside. We have taken lots of pics with the new camera lately. Pics below include Healthy Kids Day, time at home, playground, lake property. Enjoy!
